Tobiroki, I thought..!
It's been a long time since I had a bottle of Tobiroki from my sister.
I often go to Aizu, but I couldn't get it, so I wanted to try it. It's not much, but I'll take it gratefully.
Fruity aroma like pear,
Mellow and smooth,
It has a refreshing bitterness.
The mild sweetness and acidity are well balanced,
I don't know what it means, but it's delicious!
I'd like to drink a bottle, or at least a cup...

Rice Polishing Ratio: 40% for Koji, 50% for Kake
