I'm sorry for the long introduction, but after the concert, we visited "Sake no Nasu" 😏.
It was quite a deep restaurant, but the first drink that the three guys who seemed to be regulars chose for us was a Hiroshima sake.
I requested a sake that looked easy to drink, but the color and aroma looked quite challenging...
However, once you sip it, you will be surprised by its sweetness!
Unlike fruity or gorgeous, it was strong, smooth, and mellow, and after the sweetness of the rice was felt, it was also surprisingly refreshing without leaving any residue on the palate.
I guess I should listen to the advice of my predecessors!
