Kenaiyama, the first time I heard of this rice.
It is a very special product that is only available once a year, and expectations are undeniably high.
The aroma was sweet and delicious, typical of Kangiku.
I thought I felt the juicy sweetness that is typical of Aiyama, but then it snapped away surprisingly quickly.
I had an image of Kangiku as having a sweet and delicious aftertaste, so this is very interesting.
The sharpness of the sharpness is just like a sword. (Maybe that's not what he meant.)
I am looking forward to seeing what kind of special bottle will come out again next year!
