I was curious about Mimurosugi. This time we had Hiyaoroshi.
Normally it is matured at -5℃, but this one is matured at 5℃ for about half a year in order to bring out the flavor of Omachi.
Mimurosugi is rumored to have a ramune like freshness and shuwa shuwa, but this one is calmer and less shuwa shuwa, probably because it is fire-aged. The melon flavor is the same as the previous reputation, but after 2~3 days, I felt that the flavor was banana-like. It also has a fresh fruit flavor, which is delicious.
Although the label says chilled (room temperature) is recommended, it's also quite good cold or hot. The atmosphere changes, so it's a good value.
