Koshihikari rice produced in Namie Town.
They use a method called "Shin Gin Seibai" (not Ginjo-shu) which does not remove too much of the necessary ingredients.
It has a slightly golden color and a full flavor. I quite like it.
I had drunk the Junmai (12% alcohol by volume) from the Nagai brewery before and wondered what it was all about. I was surprised to find out what it was, so this time I was able to reevaluate it. I would like to try a draft of this one, too.
