I was saving it to drink during Hanami season, but this year the cherry blossoms came early and we passed the Hanami season😅.
It is a sweet sake with a light effervescence and a hint of sake lees.
When I drank it with vegetables, I felt it became a little more greenish, so it might be more suitable for dishes with strong flavors.
I wonder if the taste will change over time❓
I will enjoy it little by little.
