The first sip opens with a fruity aroma and is sweet and sour and very juicy in the beginning! The full-bodied sweet flavor gradually gives way to a complex, tangy bitterness.
The freshness of the sake makes it clear and well-balanced. And with a moderate alkalinity of 15 degrees, it gently soaks through. ☺️
It was a stable taste that did not betray our expectations 😆.
