Yoshida Kurau Ishikawamon Nama Sake.
Following the recent Hyakumangoku No Shiro, we will also have a glass of Ishikawa-mon Nama-shu.
The fresh, slightly citrusy nose with a pleasant gasiness enhances the impression of freshness.
The soft texture on the tongue is followed by a gentle sweetness that spreads gently. A refreshing acidity and moderate bitterness add to the aftertaste.
Soft, fresh, and slightly effervescent, this is a happy sake that can only be enjoyed in early spring!
