SAMURAIZ
It is Jungin by Shinzawa-san using flat polished rice.
Quiet opening. In the mouth, there is no gaseous sensation.
As the brewer commented, "This is the ultimate food sake." First, there was a light sweetness of apple and lychee, followed by a mild and pleasant acidity that quickly spread across the palate, and finally a light bitterness at the back of the tongue, which then disappeared.
We enjoyed it with tomatoes, cucumbers, avocados, and a variety of colorful vegetables.
