Tenka Nishiki, which I wanted to support after talking with the brewery's toji at an event in Mie. He is from Osaka and has a unique background as a former SE who graduated from Kyoto University. And a bit eccentric!
Tenkanishiki Special Honjozo
Don't be fooled by the fact that it's a honjozo, it's a very refreshing sake, with a hint of sweetness that makes the alcohol content irrelevant. It's delicious.
Tenkashiniki Tokubetsu Honjozo Orikarami
The flavor is also strangely citrusy, with a hint of citrus. The taste is also strangely citrusy and fruity, which is also delicious.
I have talked to the brewer, and every time I drink it, I think of his face and want to support him.
