Before drinking it, I thought it would be flashy, but it has a modest aroma, a decent umami or flavor, and a thin sweetness at the end, making it a solid sake.
I am not a big drinker, but I was able to drink more and more and got drunk. I have a strong impression that Yamanashi is known for its wines, but sake is also good.
It took me a few days to finish it, but it was good all the way through.
