I can't help but be biased, but it is really delicious.
It is not the taste of the fashion, but the taste that makes you feel nostalgic.
Because the aftertaste remains in a good sense, it makes me feel that I drank sake.
But it doesn't leave a bad taste at all!
The rice, the rice malt and the brewery are all Shimane sake!
At first I drank it with the ate, but after all, it's unfiltered raw syochu liqueur, and I'll have the peculiarity as it is.
