I feel the arrival of spring day by day.
In addition to its appearance, I bought it for its low alcohol content, which is currently booming.
The mouthfeel is reminiscent of soft spring sunshine.
A nice aroma of soft rice malt.
The sweetness is clearly felt, but because of the low alcohol content, it is not clingy and fades away in a good balance.
It has a strong umami as a junmai sake, and seems to be a perfect complement to meat dishes.
Half of the bottle was gone in no time at all, but my sense is that it was only about 1 gou. I will leave the rest of the sake for lukewarm heating at a later date.
