It was a very impressive sake, with a strong presence yet soft and fluffy. It was delicious!
If I were to compare it to Ghibli, it would be Taeko (27 years old) from "Omohide Poroporo". Especially in the first half of the movie, she is Taeko. She is fresh and has a presence because she is the main character, but she is soft and fluffy somehow.
