柘榴
Lately, I have come across a lot of sake that I like.
This one was chosen by a liquor store for us to purchase a certain sake. 2019 brewing year.
We have seen the Aurora label here and there, but we didn't get a chance to get this one. If only we had picked it up a little earlier...
It was fruity from day one, but also had the depth that is typical of Japanese sake, and even after a few days of opening, the taste didn't deteriorate and was delicious to the end.
It's great cold and hot.
Ingredients: rice, rice malt
Alcohol content: 15%.
Rice polishing rate: 50%.

I've had a lot of ro-man, but not this one yet. I would love to drink it too.

Thank you very much for your comment. You are a very familiar brewery. It was really good! I have often seen Kuchiman, but this is the first time I've seen "10" Kuchiman! I'll be welcoming another species to the fold!
