Polishing ratio / Koji rice - 60%, Kake rice - 70%.
Alcohol / 16%.
It used to be rough, but this time it is all set.
It was produced in February and shipped in August. We didn't feel much gas, but the second day we opened the bottle again with a shotgun. It is a very healthy, silky, and delicious sake.
Maybe a bottle next time 😋.
