Moderate gassiness
Slightly green melon-like top note
The same fruity aroma as the first sip, a moderate sweetness, and a rather robust rice umami spread freshly with a moderate acidity, and finish with a slight alcohol spiciness and a hint of bitterness.
This is a mysterious PB Uramachida, the specifications of which are undisclosed even to the liquor store that originally designed the label.
It is moderately sweet, slightly gassy, juicy, well-balanced, sharp, and delicious. Good on its own or as a mid-meal drink.
On the second day, the overall impression was clean and light, too.
It went well with kombushime mackerel grilled with salt, miso crab, salted squid, cold tofu, and pickled okra.
It also went well with pork chap.
It also went well with roux curry.
It went well with umaiwari (mentaiko flavor).
