adako
I was wondering.
Sono-Sangiku.
It's only a local brand from Chiba!
The aroma stands out right after opening the bottle.
But it's not too strong or too weak, so it's good.
It has a sweet aroma.
The sweetness spreads when you drink it, but the spiciness comes soon.
The gas feeling is also strong and tingly.
Because the spiciness comes in the aftertaste, the sharpness is good.
It is also good as a midday sake.
The sake rice is 100% Chiba original sake rice called So no Mai.
It's the first time I've ever tasted this sake rice, but it's good because it has a clear and transparent taste.
I bought another bottle of Sanguiku, so I have high expectations for that one too.
I'm looking forward to it.
