I went from Fukushima, where the brewery was located, to Yamagata, where I evacuated. When I came back to Namie, I bought a bottle of Iwaki Kotobuki sake sold at the roadside station Namie. I enjoyed the dignified sweetness and the slight miscellaneous taste with depth. Even if you don't like nama-shu, it is delicious.
