I've been interested in this brand for a long time. It has a mild aroma and a refreshing taste. And yet, it has a lingering aftertaste. It doesn't get in the way of the food, but it does assert its presence. There is Shiragiku in Okunoto", I think it is a sake with a strong presence. It seems to become a repeater.
