Nada Gogo no Kurabiraki(*)
Very dry, dry and slightly acidic
Relatively soft as Nada with very sharpness
It is dry with a strong piquancy that is typical of Kuromatsu Shiraga.
It is good to be heated up, but it is even better when it is cold.
It is good in summer.
This type of sake is always drunk, so there is nothing new about it, but as a Shiraga lover, there is no doubt about it!
Also, you get water that is used for Nishinomiya City's water supply!
This is a big difference from the shitty area in Osaka!
I guess a sake brewery is out of the ordinary...
