シベハス
Not much aroma and a little hard. If I had to guess, I would say the muscat is powdered sugar.
When you drink it, it has a strong acidity and the same or more umami, dashi-like taste.
The aftertaste is clean and does not linger.
My partner said it was like a thicker, more concentrated version of his favorite Senkou Ichiki.
It certainly has thickness, so it seems to be easy to pair with strong meals. It does not have an old-fashioned sake-like taste, so even I found it delicious.
