コタロー
PB Abe at the liquor store.
The aroma is sour and crisp.
When you drink it, it is less fizzy than you might expect from the Abe you've had so far, with a bit of a tangy, rancid, sour taste, and a softly sweet taste.
It has a slightly tangy, rancid, acidic taste, and is softly sweet. A faint grape-like sweet aroma escapes into the nose.
The end of the bottle is a sizzle of umami and a slight sourness.
I thought it would be easier to pair it with a meal if the bottle was opened a little later. The sharpness also improves, and the sake goes down smoothly.
As always, it was a delicious sake.
