Made from edible rice "Yume Tsukushi" produced in Kurume, Fukuoka Prefecture, this is a low-alcohol, refreshing summer sake suitable for the hot season! There were only two bottles left at the Yamatoya Sake Brewery where we stopped by.
It is dry and clear, but has umami flavor and a refreshing acidity on the back end that does not interfere with meals 😆.
