Tomorrow I am taking my annual leave, so I will enjoy a drink with a little more elaborate snacks. The weather looks bad, but I am planning to go out to the cherry blossom viewing spots in the prefecture.
Following the weekend, I will enjoy a pink sake to feel the spring. It has a sweet aroma, but I feel it has a strong acidity. Then there is sweetness and slight bitterness. It contains a lot of gas and is a refreshing sake.
