New Year's Eve and New Year's Day (3)
I was looking for a "sparkling" or "light nigori" sake for the year-end and New Year's holidays, and here is the one that satisfied both of my needs: 💁♀️ Murasaki Uchu has always been my favorite brewery, so it was an instant decision: ❣️
As expected, it is not too sweet, not too gorgeous, and fresh with a step back. It is neither wine nor makgeolli. It's not even like sake, but it's made from rice😅.
It also went well with the "sea bream and abalone shabu shabu" from the New Year's Eve menu. Thank you for the meal 😋.
