This sake came with me when I visited Hasegawa Sake Shop one day. I had wanted to try it, but the price was too high, so I couldn't afford it.
Now, let's get to it! From the aroma, the fruity flavor is in full swing. The fresh aroma of apples and muscats is very pleasant. The water is soft and a little tight. The fruity sweetness and acidity, like muscat, are wonderful! And this is where it really comes into its own. Not only is it sweet, but there is a pleasant astringency afterwards that really brings it all together nicely. This is the factor that gives the sake its complexity. This is how this fruity, yet astringent, excellent sake is born!
