Again, my favorite kijo sake from Yoshida Kurau, where "A" stands for acid and means sourness. It is a collaboration of my favorite things.
I have always loved the unique sweetness and flavor of Ishikawamon, and with kijoshu, I can feel it even more strongly.
On top of that, there is some kind of fruity sourness, which is like adding citrus juice to a Calpis sour, if I may use an analogy.
It was so delicious that I drank it right up lol.
I hope they make a sake like this again!
