Recently produced, purchased to compare with two other Koryu varieties
(just after opening the bottle)
Mild aroma
Clear and colorless
Full-bodied with sweetness on the palate
Taste is immediately sharp
Almost no dryness
Very refreshing aftertaste
Easy to match with sashimi
Slightly light when lukewarm.
When heated, the taste is not so good.
Fine bubbles can be seen when heated.
When heated, it has the best flavor of all the heated sakes.
