ちゃんまやP
I knew Yamane Keishiki would be like this😄].
Last year I could buy Zenkichi's Hiyayogoshi, but this year I could buy Nakanori's: ✌️
The aroma was not so much when it was just out of the fridge, but as the temperature range rose a bit, it had a banana-like top note.
The sweetness on the attack is strong and impactful, but after the sweetness recedes early, the acidity is stronger.
The finish is smooth with little cloying taste.
I have had Yamae-Nishiki with Shinshu Kamerei and Gokotsuru, and they all had similar impressions 😁.
