On the 99th, we received a very popular sake from Kangiku, which is associated with Kujukurihama.
I had wanted to have this sake for a long time and finally got it.
This sake is made from Koshihikari, an edible rice, and although it has less aroma than Yamadanishiki or other rice varieties, it has a good flavor of rice and a sweetness that is not too sweet.
The light nigori (light nigori) taste gives it just the right amount of sweetness. If it were a clear sake, the sweetness would be too weak, and the sake would seem to be lacking in sweetness.
The light nigori has just the right amount of sweetness and is exquisite.
I only had two bottles of the Discovery series this year, but I would like to try another one next year.
