まるわ
Sake from the Haginotsuru brewery, Hiwada
A sake that looks great warmed up. Not too heavy, not too light, but exquisitely balanced, as is typical of Miyagi. The sake is not too heavy and not too light, but has a perfect balance.
It is good with sashimi, ethnic foods, spices, and of course, I personally think it is good with red bean paste such as manju and zenzai.
