Yamakatsu
This is a junmai ginjo from Kamo Nishiki Shuzo, a brewery in Kamo City, Niigata Prefecture.
All of the koji rice is made from Yamadanishiki.
It is a delicious sake with the fullness of junmai, but it is also rather refreshing and easy to drink.
