Low-alcohol sake is growing these days.
We tried a sake from Gekkeikan, a major sake maker
The sweetness and sourness jumped in at once, and the lactic acid taste came in later.
This is not sake.
I can't talk about it in that range.
If you drink it on its own, I think it's sparkling and the coolness is enhanced!
It was a bit too flabby for my liking!
