It is a Junmai Daiginjo spec because of the 50% rice polishing ratio.
I don't remember what it tasted like. If it was Tasake's Junmai Ginjo, it must have tasted good.
Also, as a side note, the design looks like it would make a Hanshin Tigers fan very happy if given as a gift.
