Long time no yamori! This is the first time for me to try Orikarami. The supernatant has a moderate aroma and a gentle sweetness, followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. When mixed with ori, the sweetness increases and the sourness comes out and the bitterness is not so bad anymore! Yamori has no hassle. Umai 😃.
