The last one is a comparison of Kinjaku Daiginjo (the two on the left) and Junmai Daiginjo (the two on the right): 🐦️ The top aroma is soft and sweet in both cases. By this point, I was too drunk to understand the subtle differences. In the mouth, the Daiginjo has a mildly sweet flavor with a clean finish. The Junmai Daiginjo is extremely mildly sweet and delicious. It is indeed a 40% polished Junmai Daiginjo. The Daiginjyo had a clean aftertaste, perhaps due to the fact that it was alkalooseted. You have to look at the label on the back of the bottle to see that it is aluzoe, though. It was delicious 🍶✨️
