I started at the Ojinja Shrine and at a store on the approach to the shrine.

The supernatant is sharp with acidity and slight bubbles
When you twist the oli, it's beautiful.
It's grapefruit. ❤️
I was hooked on Mimuro cedar the year before and Koshi the second half of this year.
I wonder what kind of sake I will encounter next year!
