This is probably the first one I've ever had.
Dine at first with a full aftertaste!
I thought it would be Omachi from a brewery in Akaban, Okayama, but it was Hyogo Kitanishiki.
But it is Hyogo Kitanishiki!
The label reads, "My house is just ahead of you, Katatsumuri.
It is a song about a toji (master brewer) carrying rice to the brewery to make sake.
A refreshing and unpretentious sake for a meal.
Tempura and morisoba with a hint of early spring!
