Smells clean and pear-like.
Good taste. Slightly effervescent, with a slight brown sugar taste that seems to disappear, pear, freshness, sweet flavor and acidity that is refreshing, crisp and clean.
The bitterness becomes apparent as it builds up, but disappears as you drink more. I was going to enjoy it by mixing the ori, but I got carried away with the top clearings and couldn't drink it. Easy to drink and you can't stop.
2nd day. It is good. The sweet and delicious taste is swollen and juicy, like chewing on a piece of fruit. Delicious and exciting. Smooth when mixed with lees.
