シカタロウ
A recent birthplace.
Kumamoto sake I wanted to drink.
Miraculously restored in recent years, it is said to be a rare sake brewed with "homase," a native Kumamoto species from the Edo period that was naturally cultivated on the company's own farmland and by farmers in the Kikuchi River system.
Fruity and complex.
I have been impressed with Kumamoto's sake ever since I drank Kuma shochu.
However, we, who are so excited about good sake, end up regretting it when we have a beer as a chaser.
