Today, after having a quick drink at a yakitori restaurant, we went to a soba noodle restaurant for the second time!
We paired the seasonal bamboo shoots simmered in Tosa sauce with dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) and Asuki Junmai Ginjo!
It was so delicious that no words were needed!
The soft and rounded taste and the mellow aroma of Yamada Nishiki.
