Spicy alcohol. It can be served cold or warmed without losing its edge. There is a certain amount of flamboyance in the middle of the beer, but it's a beautiful sake that goes down quickly. But honestly, I couldn't call it a good sake. To be honest, it didn't turn out to be a great drink. It was easy to drink with a heavy fatty snack, but if that is the case, beer or distilled shochu is more comfortable to drink.
The lock is not good for me because its peculiarity makes the drink stronger.
Anyway, I tried a cocktail with some juice we had at home.
First, I aimed at fruity taste with tea leaves.
D. I'm aiming for fruit with sweetness. Lactic acid type is good.

Personally, I like the three citrus fruits, the acidity just enough not to interfere with the dryness makes it easy to drink, and the 50% juice doesn't leave a lasting impression, and it's very crisp.
