Smells like pears. Drifts away just by leaving it. Dry but with a nice refreshing acidity that gives it a hint of sweetness. Quite delicious. It is like a sake from Nagano.
Purchased at a sake brewery.
In the center of Obuse. Located next to Sakurai Kanseido, a chestnut confectionery, and connected by a narrow road next to Sakurai's residence.
They used to sell only a brand called (Hon)Yoshinogawa, but it was confused with Yoshinogawa from Niigata, so they started the Hokushin style.
