かふんしょう
This special junmai is brewed with 55% polished Yumenokou rice, which is a rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Fukushima Prefecture, and TM-1 yeast, which was also developed in Fukushima Prefecture. It has a soft and gentle banana-like aroma on the palate. It has a clean, refreshing taste, but the umami of the rice spreads in the mouth. It is well-balanced, so you will never get tired of drinking it, and it is perfect as a mealtime sake. It can be served at room temperature, lukewarm to lukewarm, or even warmed to a high temperature to fully enjoy its delicious flavor.
It is also very good as a sake for a meal.
