So I opened the bottle.
The nose is a bit subdued.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the beautiful umami of rice. The taste of rice is very beautiful on the palate, and when you swallow it, it is very clear, calm, and pleasantly smooth. The description on the back is true! As the temperature changes, the umami spreads further. When cooled, the impression is a bit sharp, but as the temperature rises, the umami of the rice comes forward fully.
There are many delicious sake in Tochigi, but this Asahi Ei is also irresistibly delicious 😆.
