Today we will have another delicious sake from noon ♡.
2019.02 Manufactured Yamadanishiki (in-house cultivated) 40%.
Anyway, it has a nice aroma, tastes great on its own, tastes great with food, and has a nice aftertaste...highly satisfying and perfectly my kind of sake 🥰.
The label is also nice, and it looks more luxurious, doesn't it?
It goes well with both carpaccio and meat, so it was over in no time!
