GANO
Junmai Ginjo-shu made from Yamada-Nishiki with a polishing ratio of 50%.
The mouthfeel is fizzy, but it comes in easily like water.
At first fruity, then sake-like, but hardly harsh.
After the second day, the aftertaste is a little tougher, but it is not a degraded taste, and is different from the taste after opening the bottle.
Personally, I quite like this sake.
