Drinking on the second day of a business trip (2) in [Sake Rabbit
After "Anaguri," I chose to drink a bottle of the restaurant's original sake.
Shiraoi Yumeginko Junmai Ginjyo, once fired.
Shiraoi" is not "Shiraoi" but "Hakuro"💦.
Aged for 3 years, the aroma of maturity, the mouthfeel is calm and sweet, and the aroma is sharp and mature on the nose.
The entrées were Nameko and Kizushi.
The vinegar flavor of the kizushi goes perfectly with the flavor of the sake.

The aroma and mild taste of this sake is matured, but the taste itself may be due to the fact that it doesn't seem to have been laid that long 😁.
I have a feeling that [Ki ni naru tane] written on the label is an independent store from Yamanaka-san!
