Otokoyama's Hokkaido Limited Special Junmai, served cold, was great, but the next sake, a heated Namahashiro sake, was a real treat ✨.
It was served at the perfect temperature 🍶.

A natural, loose liquid.
It is filled with the flavor of rice that is casually plump, yet does not over-assert itself, showing the depth of its nostalgia.
It soaks through and goes well with all kinds of snacks.
It makes you want to surrender yourself to it.
In the end, it all comes down to the vinegared soybeans and this heated sake 🤔.
Before the restaurant, we visited the brewery's sake brewing museum.
I haven't been there since I was a student. It was nostalgic 😌.
